KIT Founders Forge - Gründerschmeide KIT

Since April 2013, the KIT introduced the KIT Founders Forge as initiative for students and employees to deal with the topics of founding and entrepreneurship. The KIT Gründerschmiede was established as a project to support founders.

The activities of the KIT Founders Forge includes teaching and advanced education formats, an imporved consultation offering, and a KIT financing platform for young start-up projects.

They offer advisory services for several steps of a founding process, such as:

  • Initial consulting and continued monitoring
  • Further development of business models
  • Funding advice
  • Offers of further training and qualification
  • Networking
  • Interim management
  • Matching of investors

Pioniergarage

Pioniergarage is a place where students become founders. Students develop ideas and learn the skills of making contacts which lead to the success of founding a start-up.
